製作炒麵的成分
- 洋蔥一顆
- 顆蛋 5
- 洋菇一包
- 高麗菜1/4顆
- 精靈菇一包
- 蔥2條
- 油麵一包
製作炒麵的步驟
- 熱鍋,將打散的蛋放入鍋內,弄成散蛋(攪拌一直到散蛋有脆度金黃色),然後先起鍋放著.
- 放入油、蒜頭跟洋蔥爆香,直到洋蔥變成半透明狀.
- 放入高麗菜、洋菇跟精靈菇拌炒.
- 放入水,蓋過食材即可.
- 調味:沙茶一匙、味精一匙、醬油半碗、少許醋.
- 將油麵切成三等分,再放入鍋內拌炒.
- 起鍋放盤後再講第一步驟的蛋灑在上面還有蔥切好灑上即完成.
